Export-Import Credit Agency Financing

A key reason many regions and municipalities struggle to meet their housing goals is simply due to a lack of the sort of adequate financial products long enjoyed by the West. American Container Homes’ products were specifically designed from the ground up to be eligible to take advantage of Ex-Im financing, something not ever achieved by any other housing product. As a result we can offer credit terms and loan products that are not available from any others builder in-country.

Financing is the Key

Our management has over 20 years of experience in using Ex-Im and other sophisticated financial mechanisms around the world, products most other builders are not even aware of. It is not uncommon for American Container Homes to be able to offer rates as low as 5% a year in emerging markets where 5% a month is considered favorable.

By working closely with ECA’s including the Export Import Bank of the United States, the official export credit agency of the United States, American Container Homes offers developers, home builders and end-consumers loans and credit terms based on low LIBOR rates regardless of the local lending norms.

Because the Ex-Im Bank is charged with the mission to create and sustain US job growth by financing and insuring US exports to foreign buyers, American Container Homes gains access to funds at very low rates with risk mitigations provided by the full faith and credit of the United States Government.

We offer potential dealers, developers and end-users specific financing packages that are designed to meet any of their needs; from one-off construction loans, to dealer floor plan financing, to medium and long-term development loans for larger projects.

In many countries, American Container Homes can offer home mortgages to end-users with substantially more attractive terms than local banks.
