James D. Weber – President & CEO

Mr. James D. Weber is the founder of All American Corporation, a company specializing in the design, construction and financing of all categories of structures from traditional site-built to prefabricated and collapsible buildings. As President, he has opened multiple manufacturing facilities, established an export division approved by the US Government, and successfully completed more than a hundred land use actions on various real estate projects. Prior to All American Corporation, Mr. Weber was the owner of Weber Developments, Inc, a Washington State based company that focused on commercial and residential real estate development and construction material procurement.

Mr. Weber holds several patents. He submitted his first patent drawing at age 14,started his first company at age 17 and successfully executed his first land use action by age 20. Mr. Weber follows a lineage of scientists and doctors that have designed and patented multiple products used by the U.S. Government in diverse applications ranging from robotic underwater drilling to mobile digital x-ray nuclear waste testing systems. In 2003, Mr.Weber patented the Pieramid Foundation System, a product designed to secure structures to foundations that withstand seismic, wind and flooding events, significantly simplifying and reducing costs over previous methods. His company, Pieramid Foundation Systems, now distributes this patented product throughout the United States.

Mr. Weber personally heads up AAC’s R&D team that was responsible for developing patent designs for pre-built, collapsible structures that fit into a standard ocean container. These designs include single and multi-family housing, hotel and single-room occupancy buildings. Additionally, self-sufficient, zero-energy products are in development that will require no outside connections to sewer and electrical utilities, easing development within remote, underdeveloped and environmentally sensitive regions.

Mr. Weber has integrated his group of companies over the last 15 years to significantly improve America’s prefabricated home industry. By reworking product design paradigms, marketing models, and innovating new building systems, Mr. Weber is modernizing the aging manufactured home/mobile home industry with the ultimate goal of globalizing his country’s massive prefabrication capacity. Domestically, the company’s design and marketing talent has already been recognized by Clayton Homes, America’s largest manufactured housing homebuilder and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. Clayton has granted an exclusive rights agreement to Mr. Weber’s companies guaranteeing the protection of his exclusive design works. All American Corporation’s product offerings and sales have continued to grow at a time when most others are struggling or going out of business. AAC will take Mr. Weber’s visions forward into the next decade as affordable, high quality housing solutions are required around the globe.
